Serial Number Retrieval
With well over 10,000 customers, hardly a day goes by now when we don’t get a request to retrieve lost serial number. I have just added a support page with self-served serial number retrieval. Hopefully this will reduce our support load a little bit. More importantly, users who lost their serial numbers can now get their serials immediately instead of having to wait for an email.

Yup. And the good news is that the first 5000 took a lot longer to reach than the second 5000.

Well, they take turns. I made a conscious decision from the beginning to make several relatively small apps rather than one or two big ones. This way even if one app falls out of fashion (e.g. Apple starts including a feature that completely duplicates an app), I will still have steady income streams from the other apps.
