					<description>I have purchased several products from OWC w/o any problems. I happen to agree with you that you should not have to pay the return shipping on a product that was returned because of an OWC error. I decided to let OWC know how I felt about your misfortune by voicing my opinion via an email. I believe the Jason who responded to my email was the same Jason who spoke with you. I hope the attention helps them realize that they were wrong, the bad press is not good for business and they resolve the shipping cost issue.

	I am a OWC customer and thought you would like to know that I happened upon this blog while browsing Mac Web sites. I happen to agree with the writer of the blog and in the future will think twice before buying a product from OWC. This is not very good publicity for OWC and would consider resolving this and getting the blogger to update his blog accordingly. To be clear I have never met or spoken with the blogger who wrote the article before.
